It seems likely that this meme is a reference to how fucking notoriously US diplomatic staff in china absolutely cannot keep it in their pants (note that it’s specifically about staff in china, we’re the ones crossing the borders here). I dunno, this doesn’t seem like “blaming foreigners” when it’s such a problem there has to be a public policy to combat dipshit american diplomats falling for it.

I guess I’ve just always known I’m desirable enough to keep people I’m interested in talking to me and to understand that while other internet exhibitionists may very much enjoy chatting, rping, and other fun stuff it’s inherently casual and the best way to keep getting attention is to figure out what the person I’m chatting with is hoping to get out of it (usually interesting conversation involving effort).
