“I love watching communists get body slammed by ICE,” MAGA darling Laura Loomer posted. “Communist and Palestinian. Pick a struggle.”

The same Laura Loomer that was just up in arms about the reaction to Charlie Kirk’s death?

They don’t even bother with putting daylight between the two opposite positions. I guess why bother.

Someday, I’ll be watching TV, and saying “I love seeing a noose going around Laura Loomer’s neck…”

Or maybe it will be a firing squad. I’m good either way.

If I’m ever on a jury for someone accused of doing anything to an ICE officer. You will not be convicted.

If you want to see how toxic Twitter is in 2025, just click through to the original post and see the comments. With maybe one exception, it’s fascists (or bots to drown out any non-fascists) all the way down.

    https://nitter.net/KatAbughazaleh/status/1969013628398411810

The comments cheer violence against any protester and gleefully act like Abughazaleh attacked ICE and committed a crime (which itself wouldn’t justify violence, but I digress), when the video clearly shows her being pushed by a uniformed thug without provocation. They are so emboldened by each other and intoxicated by their power to lie freely on the platform, they don’t even bother addressing it.

Not that I would see one, but I dream of the day I get a resume with a gap in 2025 or they outright say they worked for the regime. I won’t call them out, but I will happily shred that resume.

I’d definitely call them out, but I’d have fun first.

“Oh, you worked for ICE? Cool! I bet you got some good stories, huh?”

“Oh, yeah, quote a few. It was actually a fun job.”

        “Tell me one.”

When he was done, I’d tell him that I’d never hire an ICE Nazi, and to get the fuck out of my office.

Being a member of ICE should be a death sentence. Both figurative and literal.

Remember, these are people who tried to send hundreds of children to Guatemala without their families, in the middle of the night.

The same people cheering this on (see Loomer) are the ones who told everyone they had the moral high ground by being against political violence when it happened to their boy. They don’t mean what they say.

Never believe that anti-Semites fascists are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites fascists have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.

You can sue the federal government. Qualified immunity keeps these assholes from facing any consequences at all.

Technically vigilante consequences always are on the table, problem is that the likelihood of getting away with it is slim. Well at least until the feds fucking imploded on themselves and given how they fumbled the whole Kirk situation we’ll…

I do not encourage violence. But I do find it hilarious.

This time the Nazis won’t have rocket scientists to shield their part in these atrocities so there will be no quarter for them. We won’t make the mistakes made after the Civil War and WWII.
