La Vie En Rose is a classic for a reason. I’d probably go for Grace Jones’ version.
Porcupine Tree - Where We Would Be comes to mind for me.
Not a traditional pick, but “The Pink Phantom” by Gorillaz does a good job with themes of nostalgia.
