More pizza places need to carry sun dried tomatoes. Put them on a white pizza with spinach ftw.

    Kiwi, bacon, jalapeno

Kiwi is less stringy and less sweet and works wonderfully on pizza

I just want Chicago Deep Dish to be a delivery option. I don’t care if it costs $40 bucks.

Are we talking form, coz a pizza in the form of a tokamak would be sick.

Or are we talking ingredients, coz 30 years ago I used to order

Pizza, thin tomato base. Cheese, tandoori chicken, corn, potato slices with avocado slices. It might have more stuff but the place closed down and no one else will make it for me.

I would then layer salt and vinegar chips on that motherfucker.

    It was amazing.

So all the pizza chains have their conveyor belt ovens so they can churn out pizzas super fast. But what if we just kept feeding one really long pizza through it? An endless pizza!!

Like a sushi conveyer setup! It’s a big donut of pizza with diners set up inside and out. Cut a slice out where you want, add new dough and toppings, selectively fire to cook it. The eternal pizza…

Don’t know how new it is but we’ve been making one with just thinly slightly sliced zucchini & a little cheese. Don’t know where the idea came from but its really good. Kind of juicy & savoury.

Having given no thought to geometry or logistics: slices pre-rolled into a portable burrito form factor that’ll keep the toppings warm longer

My local pizza place has an off-menu pizza called the Hossenfeffer since it’s what I order every time. Deep pan, spicy beef x 2, spicy pork x 2, lamb doner (gyro) meat x 2, pepperoni, jalapenos x 2, fresh green chilles.

They also offer bacon, garlic sausage, salami, meatballs, Tandoori chicken, and ‘Mexican’ chicken whatever that is.

So the Hossenfeffer only has 40% of their meat choices.

And, yes, it’s ironic, I know, that they don’t do rabbit.

Been there once that I recall - friends from university came from up that way. Surely if you’re going for a takeaway in Middlesbrough you get a parmo?

I live in one of the places that frequently gets in the top ten best places in the country to live. Not sure I’d agree, but then I’m a country boy at heart.

yeah you do. But when you live there, you mix it up from time to time. The kebab , peppers and salami reminded me of hotshot parmos. Also the tandoori chicken as a topping.

I guess none of that reflects on the place you live. Still, it’s fun to call out Boro and its lack of luster. You can probably corroborate with your friends what it’s like to live there, and when I was there, it was a shithole.
