His ideas are generally either just dumb, lack basic understanding of economics, or are so short sighted it’s painful. I’m really surprised that people in his circle haven’t figured out how to dissuade him from doing certain things, like the tariffs. I mean not EVERYONE in his inner circle is a moron. Most are just racist, greedy, self-centered assholes.
Oh, they tried to talk him out of tarrifs. But he personally loves them, because they make other countries come to him and kiss his ass and make “concessions” that were already in place to get them removed
