Obviously fuck Israel but it’s been nice seeing ADL and other Zionist organizations lose credibility over the past year and a half.
Too many Zionists are using Antisemitism as a sword and the Shoah as a shield and it’s fucking gross and they should be ashamed.
Yeah. The claims of antisemitism are a bizarre and somewhat insulting defence. Israel are committing warcrimes, but apparently its “antisemitic” to criticize the country’s actions in that regard. It’s as if Israel is should be completely immune to all forms of criticism - even after the most heinous actions.
Gotta love the Streisand Effect this is having, too. They arrest one notable person and suddenly a rather scattered movement has a martyr to rally behind.

Considering they think any IDF criticism or free Palestinian support is either antisemitic or pro-Hamas, opposing the abduction would be extremely out of character. To the point where I’d say it’s been their message regardless.

ADL aggressively labeled anti-genocide protesters as antisemitic and tried to ruin their lives. They actively defended the intentional murder of civilians, reporters, and aid workers.
This seems rather tame by comparison to me.
I don’t know, to me there’s a big difference between libel and kidnapping but they must not think so. Or they’re far more depraved than I imagined.
I mean, defending genocide/murder + libel vs defending a kidnapping.
