It’s all a scam to protect poor management from shareholders and frankly we should be pissed because as shareholders we could have better productivity and happier workers.

I get it. I dropped out of the workerdrone workforce, to start my own company. I’m my own boss and I don’t have to put up with anyone’s shit.
