Or, hear me out… We give that money to the billionaires instead so they can be marginally more rich than they already are and the teachers can go work for them in an Amazon warehouse or something.
But that takes time to see the fruits of. We don’t have patience for that. If the effects aren’t immediate, we reverse the policy within two years.
Whereas all the tax cuts for the rich that fail to trickle down or otherwise benefit regular people in any way are never repealed, of course 😮💨
