When they’re talking about the Democrats that voted for it, sure, along with their general bitching that a bunch of rich liberals work in their own class interests and not for any form of ethical ideals.
Fair enough, personally I count voting to keep the government open back in March as voting for this bill.
They knew what was coming and what was happening. Negotiating concessions to avert shutdown was their best possible chance to do literally anything and they didn’t even bother.
