If you’ve ever heard of Metamucil, that’s just psyllium husk in a powder form and it’s not just for old people. Adding some of this to your daily routine has a ton of benefits. I tried to write a few sentences explaining the benefits but they all turn out like shit.

IDK why anyone says this gives them the shits. Too much fiber slows things down. I take this stuff once a day and it just makes for less wiping and more cohesive shits. A minor improvement with no negative side effects.
going straight from nothing to 30g/day (RDI) absolutely causes diarrhoea because it irritates your gut lining
if you follow directions like metamucil has to increase by a g or 2 per week then you’ll be right
you also need insoluble fibre, and psyllium only has soluble fibre
Maybe using the sugar free version and they have an intolerance to the sweeteners? The sugar free version wrecks my guts, but no worries with the normal type.
Huh. That might be a possibility. The stuff I taken is in capsules, so no sweetener.
We out here dropping no wipers! For real though enough fober and a good enough diet is extremely convenient for butt stuff
You might not be drinking enough water. Psyllium gels in contact with water, but if there’s not enough it turns to rubber cement
I’m not having a problem with it?
That’s good, I just figured I would mention it because it’s actually dangerous to take psyllium without enough water. You can give yourself a blockage.
I tend to think people who are usually constipated just think a normal, healthy shit is diarrhea because it just comes out without effort.
