Governments all around EU, as well as the EU itself, are fighting hard against privacy, free thought and communications.

If you or your company stores user’s personal information, make sure to use tech infrastructure from outside the EU!

Latin America, Africa - there’s not a huge amount of tech coming out of there.

Asia - they’re definitely not any better.

Honestly, at the moment, Europe is probably the best source despite definitely still having significant problems (I’m looking at you, lawmakers who are trying to push through chat control).

That’s opportunity! Glass halve full :) When it comes to renting infrastructure, there’s plenty of options in Latam and Asia. I haven’t looked at Africa to be honest.

Japan, Taiwan, S. Korea are in asia too. It’s not just China and Vietnam.

        significant problems

The lack of free speech laws in EU is also a very big problem. EU cares very little for the individual’s rights.
