Bannon is a piece of shit ghoul but of MAGAs most influential assholes he’s ones of the few that has enough guile to understand what will happen if they somehow lose the gambit they’ve embarked upon. Things are only going to escalate from here after the big loses they suffered Tuesday and as the economy continues to ride a unicycle on a 2x4 across the Grand Canyon

I wonder if Bannon and trump internally refer to this future state as being Bolsonaro’d.

The system will not deliver justice. People’s justice might not be as kind as what Bolsonaro’s getting.

I found the book mindfuck so interesting listening through who bannon was when the guy first met him and the journey to what he became.

We tend to assume these pieces of shit were always as bad as they currently are, so listening to stories like that are quite valuable to understanding how we get to where we are/were. The way this kind of awful can grow in the right person.

It’s a good thing for them that I don’t get to make the decisions, because prison would not be what I decide.

If a 2028 Democratic presidential candidate has any platform other than arresting Republican figureheads, I will not support them. Lawbreakers and criminals belong in prison.

I’ll be honest, I would not have had the left campaigning on “lock him up” but I’m not sure there can be any other option.

If they cop out with some unity bullshit it will just happen again in 4 years when people forget or decide they need a change or whatever.

      Yay 2 party systems.

Oh man, could you imagine if THAT was how Trump ran for another term?

Democrats: Surely our fellow americans wouldn’t repeat-repeat-repeat vote for him! We can compromise to pass the “We Can Keep The Best Presidents As Long As We Want And It Is Temporarily Legal To Drink Water Without Asking Nestle” bill!

He doesn’t need to worry, there won’t be a democratic win in a big election ever again.
And even IF for some miracle it would happen, they are so milquetoast that they would probably give out blanket immunity “for the sake of not dividing the nation further”

It really depends on what happens with Democrat leadership over the next few years. If enough progressives manage to actually wrest control from the octogenarians, including by means of winning primaries like Mamdani, then we may see greater interest in some degree of accountability. Whether that’s prison time or something else, who knows.

Even so many progressive democrats still won. We just need to make sure ways to votes are not tampered with and to not using the voting machines they bought

Seriously? Many people are getting things done. You need more hope & to see the reality that we are kicking their asses regardless of any setbacks.

“Do you want a better world or not?” is the fundamental question. If you enjoy life, life with other people, and people making things for us all to enjoy that is new/better maintain what we already have then you should want people to succeed in every way.

More people get active by the day as well.

Fyi, death by guillotine is actually incredibly ethical and humane.

Infact, in modern research, rats that are used in research and then killed are done so via a guillotine.

A friend was a pharmacologist researcher and told me that they gave them a little ketamine so they were out of it then cut their heads off. It’s quick. They die within a few seconds.

Contrary to popular belief. Breaking the neck or even cutting it through does not result in instant death. Only paralysis. Though severed head is faster death. (Fastest death is obliteration of brain stem).

Many of the nerves that control the face actually run down into the neck and enter the spine there. So cutting off the head, at the base of the skull, also paralyzes the face.

It’s sort of how people think that since fish can’t scream they don’t feel pain. That’s stupid.

Just cause the head can’t scream, Don’t mean it’s dead. I suspect that’s why so many think breaking someone’s neck or cutting off their head is “instant”. It’s definitely “certain death” but it’s not instant.

It takes a little bit of time for oxygen to be deprived from the brain enough to cause unconscious and then death.

Breaking the neck or severing the head isn’t immediate death. Someone with a broken neck (even if it causes face nerves to be severed) may stay alive/conscience up to a minute or two. Just paralyzed. Knowing they can’t breathe. Knowing death is coming.

    Terrifying.

So the gallows it is for the traitors.

I think we can agree only some of them deserve the guillotine.

The other side of the Confederates are getting more extreme? I see him claiming the opposition to Pedonald are “radical” (lol), I don’t even know what that means? Maybe that some Democrats came back to a more central position from being basically moderate Republicans?

More center after shifting to the right, year after year, for a few decades?

It’d be nice to have a party that represented where most Americans poll on key issues.

So what he’s saying is that the people are kicking ass. Don’t threaten me with a good time!

Everybody keep being active and getting others active too!!

The more of us doing the easier it makes it for us all to get more done, to succeed more, & to win more.

Let’s show them what the people can do together. Making the USA what it should have been after all these years.

Hope is Powerful!! Strength in Unity!! Power to the People!!!
