of course the app creators intended it to be used like that. anyone in that field knew exactly where things were likely to head because they always head that way. if you hadn’t paid attention to that type of surveillance technology that you might not know but these people definitely did. They wanted it, they got it, and now they’re pretending to be embarrassed.
