I use a FP6 with /e/os as my daily driver and it works for everything I need, including banking. However I’m not sure it will handle the new government ID for the UK.
Yeah, I am interested if our identification service ItsMe here in Belgium works on the FP6 on /e/ or on calyx. That app is used for everything that needs identification.
The logging on function is the one that even Belgians have trouble with on supported hardware sometimes because of like the 5 step authentication process 😂 hard to say, but it is already positive that it doesn’t instantly flag it.
Used to live in Belgium, I still have itsme and it works like a charm. I sometimes use it to authorise big transactions from my KBC account. The KBC app also works perfectly, BTW, which I still use because the online services of German banks mostly suck.

I can install and start the setup of ItsMe just fine on grapheneos, but I’m not Belgian so I can’t actually log in.
