Yeah, seems like it. My guess is that RFK pulled the trigger and fired the CDC employees, then Trump (or more accurately the last person Trump spoke to) freaked out and said “this is really really bad, these are the people who stop pandemics” and then they scrambled to reverse it

I mean, it’s not like they do it through proper channels, they’re just mass emailing their orders and going back on vacation
