When Ukrainian troops march into Moscow and put down the Russian Reich, just think about how much more stable the world will be.

Do you think all these supposedly gress roots right wing political groups will dwindle away?

I think, unfortunately, a lot of the hard right/fascist movements and political parties have their legs under them now. And I think a HUGE amount of blame goes towards all the idiotic neoliberal bullshit that’s encroached into everything in the last few decades.

But I also think that the time to respond firmly and harshly to Russia’s influence and disruption campaigns was about 20 years ago… but the US - and more broadly, NATO - was too fucking focused on pursuing the terrorists oil and hegemony in the middle east to pay attention to that, with obvious catastrophic implications in multiple areas and directions.

I honestly think the cat’s out of the bag at this point, and that even if Russia were to be Thanos snapped out of existence or relevance, things would keep going on current trajectories with not too much disruption.
