Can’t we just deport our interior ministers instead? That should be far less exprnsive and they should be able to integrate smoothly with Taliban culture.

This is pointless show politics by shitty right-wingers. This will be appealed to the ECJ and there is no chance to deport to Afghanistan. All in all, a waste of time and money.
They’ve done it before. The difference is that now they’re negotiating directly with the Taliban thus giving them at least tacit diplomatic recognition.
