    Why? Just has to be someone who’s’ good at shooting rifles. It’s Utah, surrounded by people who shoot guns regularly.

        You do realize that military sharpshooters are also just regular people who train a lot, right? There’s no “special sauce” that couldn’t be replicated outside of the military, in a nation with far more guns than people.
