    That’s… literally the point of “right to work” states. “Right to work” is a set of union busting laws. But by the time they started, unions had already lost the voting power they previously had. Jimmy Hoffa worked really hard to get this shit going, and all it took was a couple decades of success for union members to be like, “idk maybe that extra $2.00 an hour to leave the union is worth it” and here we are. People suck.
