Twenty years ago she had Whoopi Goldberg’s job on the TV women’s talk-show, The View. During that time after a discussion about the (IIRC) Miss America Pageant she made some comments about what she thought of Donald Trump as a person. Like a canary in the coal mine he publicly lashed out at her and has never forgotten that slight. The only reason I remember this much is because that was when I first decided I adamantly disliked Donald Trump. His words at the time were the same level of viciousness and hostility that he is still known for today.

Now I appreciate Flatpak as a result and I don’t find AppImages all that bad, either. Also, I haven’t found myself in dependency-hell nor have I crashed my distro from unofficial Repos in well over a decade.

We’ve had them for over a decade at this point. They were first established and construction started during the Obama administration.
