            They didn’t have Palantir software in the past. There was also a lot more resistance to mass surveillance. And the political parties were less extreme (Nowadays everyone wants to use it).

            Not kind of. Germany is so ahead in certain aspects Russia copied it. Example: Data preservation. Germany is not a safe haven. Never was, never will be.
