A German court has ruled that a Nazi concentration camp memorial has the right to refuse entry to those wearing the Palestinian keffiyeh scarf.

The higher administrative court in the eastern state of Thuringia on Wednesday rejected a request from a woman to be allowed entry to the Buchenwald concentration camp memorial while wearing a keffiyeh.

“It is unquestionable that this would endanger the sense of security of many Jews, especially at this site,” the court said.

Nonviolent protestors trying to explicitly stay within the confines of the constitution (Letzte Generation) are treated similarly to the RAF. Protesting your countries support for an ongoing Genocide will get you in a lot of trouble.

As demonstrated in history bourgeois democracies (and especially the FRG) have the remarkable ability to flexibly turn into (even morw ofl a police state (capital/status quo defence mode if you will) in a very short amount of time or gradually with tightening restrictions.
