    It’s because it’s only unlawful when a non NATO country does it. Otherwise your information is free to market.

      As much as I like to shit on the Gouvernement, the EU has shown a surprising amount of teeth when it comes to enforcing the GDPA including some hefty fines for multiple US based companies like Facebook and Google.

      From a security standpoint the non-NATO country allied with a NATO enemy is of course a lot more concerning to Germany than another NATO country.
