        Magic Nachos

        Prep time: ~15 minutes

        1. Brown some ground beef
        2. Add taco seasoning (per instructions) and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes or so.
        3. Arrange Doritos attractively on plate
        4. Sprinkle with taco meat
        5. Top with your choice of: diced tomatoes, black beans, diced onions, jalapeños
        6. Sprinkle with a generous layer of shredded Mexican 4 cheese mix.
        7. Microwave for 90 seconds.
        8. Put in face hole.

Oh I forgot the lengthy story of how my grandma used to make these nachos when her terrible neighbor who used to shoot dogs got sent to the hospital. You’ll just have to make a family tradition of your own!

        Recipe for nachos:

Pile up chips, other stuff from around the house, and cheese, in that order.

        Hot until cheese looks yum.

Apply: Red and hopefully spicy, green, or white toppings.

        Scarf.

Yeah the plastic surgeons are heart broken. Anyways, what kind of nachos? I like to get the scoops and make little nacho cups.

I’ve taken to eating sour cream and onion ruffles with spicy bean dip lately. Not exactly nachos, but the flavor profile is pretty nice

Sour cream seems key to super good nachos. Guac too if its around, but salsa and sour cream minimum.

I’m not a sour cream person, but I do love guacamole when we have some. Salsa really depends. I like a good pico but anything processed, usually not. My wife makes a mean salsa with Serrano peppers. Which is ironic because she hates spicy food, but she has the basic proportions down and just has me taste to fine tune.

That looks fabulous. Too bad I had an early dinner and it’s too late to eat again.

Im pretty uncreative with coming up with food ideas. Like I never even thought you could do nachos outside the standard chips and stuff. This got me thinking. Thank you and your nachos look delicious.
