I’ll never forget when I visited Japan and found out how fucking popular he is in commercials over there. I’d always stop and watch the boss coffee commercials with him being so flat faced ridiculous.
His finest work: https://youtu.be/LE21qQHlOLQ
" Speak up. Talk like a man."
He can dance if he wants?! Be can leave his friends behind.
I know several persons riding unicycle professionally (among other circus-related skills) and they are definitely more smiling than Tommy… even more smiling than average adults!
Yes, but what about their parents?
He cannot sanction his buffoonery.
One of my favorite Jim Carrey stories. Imagine someone hating you so much that they bust out “sanction” and “buffoonery” in the same sentence…
The only thing that would have made the story better is if Jim then tapped Tommys nose, and said “boop!”
“Dad, law school just isn’t resonating with me. I think I’m going to major in hotel management instead.”
How is this a meme?
It’s a picture with a funny caption that people are sharing online.
Give up, it’s over, nothing matters anymore, meme now means funny picture. Language, uh, changes. *grinds teeth*
The meaning has shifted to that a looong time ago. Are there seriously people who didn’t notice that or is it just a matter of not being able/willing to accept that language is never absolute and changing over time?
It is possible to be aware of something and to come to terms with its inevitability and still not like it one bit.
Edit: much like Tommy and his unicycle son! Full circle!
This reminds me of r/funny
His son is Ed Pratt?
Did you see his unhinged performance as Ty Cobb? It was pretty hilarious.
Finest kind.
