(CNN) — Chuck Schumer has postponed his book tour events amid anger from within the Democratic Party over the Senate minority leader’s handling of the government funding fight in Congress.

    There’s zero security concern.

He’s just afraid of his voters like Republicans are if theirs

This won’t even cost him money in book sales though. The way the grift works is PACs but pallets worth, but they do it thru bookstores at individual retail price.

The author gets a cut, then the PAC gives them back to the campaign.

Then the Candidate signs them, and gives them out at events for free but marks on the book they cost $100+.

The big reason journalists looked into it, is some politician figured out which random bookstores are the sample for the Times best seller list and did it there.

After looking into that we realized it’s happening pretty much anytime a politician writes a book. It’s literally just money laundering PAC money to the campaigns directly

This has been known for a long time. Nobody is buying the 13802804329th “tell-all” book about Trump written by some no-name politician (I know Schumer has name value, but I’m speaking in general terms here) enough to catapult them to the best sellers’ list.

Yeah, the result was no one gave a fuck.

Bookstores loved it, especially the ones that were samples for the lists.

The list said they’d try to keep a better lid on which stores get sampled.

And politicians decided it was totally cool and perfectly legal for politicians to do this…
