Lemmy.world pretending to be against war but then celebrating it is so on-brand.
I’m anti-war, but I’m not going to lose sleep at night over a tyrannical leader getting bombed.
They’ve got the tiger by the tail now, then. Either the US and Israel pursue this all the way through to full regime change, or when they finally withdraw they’re going to be left with an implacable enemy for generations.
I’m sure Trump thought this all through in thorough detail, though, and has a long-term plan.
Yeah plan is Israel takes whatever land they want, US removes their nuclear capabilities, bleeds them dry of resources/oil, tries to instate some puppet leader and then bounces only to let them fall into another awful dictatorship and the cycle continues.
