As to the Biden administration, that’s a good question. I would speculate that some of the people that would be effected are wealthy donors to both parties.

Donald Trump was being prosecuted for sedition until 77 Million Americans decided he should be president again, making him immune to laws according to 5 SCOTUS judges.
If the Democrata had released them in 2024 then the GOP would just get mad about them producing “fake documents” and “a hoax”. It didn’t really set in that they were lied to until Trump was in power, said he would release them, and then later refused to release them.
