that was a really cup of coffee. and an even better bagel. i’ve only got, fuck, three bagels left? and those are good bagels too. and when those are done i’m gonna have to buy more since i bake about as well as i metaphor. fuck. none of those eventualities involves me staying on my ass if i want more bagel.

    this place has the best garlic bagels. i take them lightly toasted with either cream cheese or this garlic oat butter we found at the greengrocer’s. i would like to try them with this great garlic herb goat cheese (it’s the roll) BUT MY WIFE ATE THE LAST GARLIC ONE edit i can think of a few more cheeses with which to try the garlic bagels i lack

      Mmm, you’ve got me craving a garlic bagel now! I’ve been meaning to buy some next at my local bagel shop. I’ve been keen on everything bagels for some time now. Still have a few left in the freezer. I toast my bagels first in a skillet with salted butter, then add a layer of cream cheese on top. Delicious! Give it a try if you haven’t:)
