I had to do that once but the company wanted me to use a Mac over my own Linux. I can’t stand anymore to be forced to use specific platforms to do my job. It’s like going to a car repair and demand the mechanic to change your tire using a plastic wrench.

I don’t like these policies and find them sexist. It is as if men were these wild creatures that women must stay away from and cannot be reasoned with. It is dehumanizing. How would you feel if I could choose not to take rides from people of color because of some bullshit statistic about them being more likely to commit crimes?

Seems less invasive than forcing the entire internet to babysit the children you chose to have. I think also devices made specifically for children with all built in censorship mechanisms could also help.

If you think hard enough about it and actually care about children safety online, you can find non invasive solutions, but that is not the goal of western politicians.
