I like the Cacodemon more. Both the floating one and the one that you can play doom on. Let’s pool our money and buy it together, you keep the Box, I’ll keep the Cacodemon, we can sell the rest for $500 😀

No arguments there.
Personally, I think sellers can demand whatever they want for luxury goods. It’s on buyers to decide if it’s worth it or not.
It’s still annoying for me people like me, who can’t afford these though.
Don’t know about Rivals, but in Fortnite they also tell you to use their creator code, which gives them some commission any time someone buys something. Affiliate marketing, basically. So, it makes sense for them to go to shop and show all the shiny new skins and how great they are.
Yeah. It seems we are talking about different things. 😀
Just some background, Nintendo is releasing “Switch 2 enhanced edition” of some Switch games, and there was confusion whether these games will have all data on the cartridge or will only have Switch 1 version, with Switch 2 update as download. So, this clarifies that this is not the case, and the physical versions will have full games available on cartridge.
Enhanced editions shouldn’t need those, but yes, if they are any they won’t be on the cartridge. That’s how physical copy on release works.
Even that will be cheaper than buying 3 sets of JoyCon, so don’t keep your hopes up.
Nintendo filed that patent about joysticks that wouldn’t get drift, like Hall Effect, but some other tech without magnets (IIRC), I was hoping we may see it in Switch 2. Seems like either it wasn’t ready yet, or it was just one of the random patents companies regularly file.
lol, now that’s a controller!
Didn’t know about that until my kid used keyboard + mouse with PS5 to play Fortnite. It felt so unreal.
Well, at least something good came of it 😀
