  • Woman here in my mid 30s. I went through a few rough relationships, and in the last longterm one shifted my mindset from “of course I’ll have kids” to “I won’t put my body through that”

Since leaving that relationship, being in and out of therapy, and meeting someone that made me feel love in a way I didn’t think was possible, I’ve changed my mind back. I’d be fine with it if it never happened, but there’s something incredibly romantic about it to me. Being in such a vulnerable state where I’d need help but be supported. Putting my body through that, then having a common goal in raising them as a team.

  • I’m in some circles that would never support her because she sat down with Hasan Piker. I would absolutely support her, but she’s pretty polarizing. Same was said of Bernie despite him having one of the most successful grassroots attempts in history. Blows my mind that because they’re populists they’re immediately discounted by some, even though the positions they support are the ones we desperately need.

Forgive my rant, but just because Trump is a populist with us vs them rhetoric does not make them equal by any fucking stretch of the imagination, and it drives me insane that the friends I’m thinking of are so blinded by the label.

Yeah, I’m pretty set on blaming anyone that voted for Trump. I do get annoyed by people that voted third party or just not at all, but its not their fault by any means. Even though the latter combined would have made a difference, it was republican states that withheld hundreds of thousands from the ability to vote, and that mixed with people that voted for the Republicans cutting voting rights are the source of the problem.
