Joking aside, this advice comes from epictetus Manual (also known as ‘enichridon’ or ‘handbook’). It’s very short, effective and (contrary to a lot of latter philosophers) very easy to read and understand. It helped me a lot fight my anxiety, you should be able to find it for free on the internets. Worth reading, in my opinion.

Warframe is an amazing game in its own right. You should try it (it’s free) just to see how they twisted all the tropes. It’s an mmo where you’re alone or with 3 strangers. You can gain xp from those strangers’ kills if you’re close enough. Everything you can buy is also available for free.

Very interesting and fun game, with a truly amazing story/universe.
