The actor unfortunately died a few years ago but was excellent in The Wire and also excellent in Boardwalk Empire.

It’s definitely going on my list of shows to watch. I always found it interesting that country music with obvious roots in black music, had no representation in the charts of pop country.

That said I loathe country music for its lack of diversity and reliance on dated tropes. I have to listen to it on the radio at work and they all sing about whiskey and how their ancestors were badasses from prohibition in (name of southern state).
