If you don’t experience any oppression then I guess it’s quite easy to say politics don’t matter.

I mean, it’s customising a Neopets page, but yeah we all learnt to code this way 😂

I’m assuming they’ll still get you to complete the hench questionnaire, just not charge you after?

I mean, it works everywhere else. If there was an unlimited pot of ATCs then flights wouldn’t have been cancelled today.

If you’re not getting paid, it is not striking.

Interesting, thank you for your explanation!

Getting close to 40 and I spend time with friends probably on average 2-3 times a week. I’m a sociable person but do have a low social battery, so need a lot of time alone/just with my partner. Me and some close friends put on music events so we naturally spend a lot of time together which is nice.

Yeah and their currency is the Koruna, not the Euro.

Yeah shared hallucinations are so cool and interesting. The first time me and my partner did acid we were both watching vines growing and retracting over and over across the roof of our tent, and watching it light up in different flashing colours. It was amazing.

What happened to make you change your mind?
Oh yeah, that’s an amazing feeling! No tomato ever tastes as good as the one first one you grow and pick.
Where I live we have a CSA farm (Community-owned agriculture). You can join the coop to get a weekly share of veg and either do a day’s work on the farm each week, or pay an amount each month. It’s honestly amazing, it feels like I’ve hacked the system. I get cheap, organic veg grown less than a mile away and harvested the day before I collect it and it’s upskilling and connecting the local community.
Why is it hard for you to believe?

Well, they used to encourage loyalty because it was feasible to collects points and convert them into tangible things (e.g. My parents used to get trips to theme parks etc). Points are almost worthless now so there’s no incentive to stick with one shop. I end up going to 3 or 4 different shops to get what I need due to price.

I agree, no need to over-complicate anything. I think even describing the fediverse as being like email confuses people. I just say it’s like old reddit but nicer and no ads.
That sounds like they don’t like the flavour, rather than the heat? I noticed when I was in the US that so many things were flavoured with cinnamon and it’s a very rich and overpowering taste. Like everything is suddenly a biscuit. Even toothpaste.
I think the extra mild is targeted at families with young children. But yeah, even as a kid my parents gave me hot curries so who knows.

Maybe more men do, I always just want to go again.
Innit. Simpler times 🥲
