I think the country is full of ladder pullers. They made their way up and don’t want others to have an escalator. These people worked their way up (or had their generational wealth raise them) so it feels like oppression to have others easily get something they have.

I honestly think that she should’ve won but the repubos cheated, as they do every time. There’s no way Trump swept every single swing state. All the polls showed it’s be a tight race but for Kamala to lose so utterly? Now, I’ve made fun of election deniers in the past, I see the irony. But its suspect.
I don’t have much to add other than what I’ve felt. Used to think it was hyperbole that the Democratic party was controlled opposition. Not so much anymore.

Very reasonable requisites. I do want to ask, why would a guy go to therapy if he felt he never needed it or was never suggested it? I’m not against therapy myself but have wondered what would the benefit be for me with no clear issue that needs addressing, according to me and my partner. Plus they’re not cheap (for us at least). I do concede there could be a chance I have some underlying issues that are not immediately apparent but nothing I am aware of.
You know, I didn’t even think about that. They could’ve gotten less for an arrest, or maybe nothing. Just another arrest to their “totally-not-a-quota”. Definitely could see them saying that as a way of fishing for a bribe. Man I hate this system that’s been corrupt since it’s inception.
The system is absolutely fucked. My mother, years ago, had just recently given birth to my youngest sister. She was pulled over with a suspended license. She didn’t know she had unpaid parking tickets. The cop was gonna let her go until backup stopped by (why this cop needed backup for a car that had two small women and baby is suspect). One of the backup cops was vehement on arresting my mom, her newborn be damned. The first cop explained that they get a $250.00 bonus for any arrests made. He tried and tried to convince the second cop not to arrest but said cop did not care in the slightest about separating a newborn from our mom. My mother spent the night in jail because that second cop only saw dollar signs looking at her.
It’s absolutely disgusting that they have financial incentive to put people through hell.
Sure, to an individual, the milestones seem stupid but they’re the common milestones the average reach. Most people by 30 are married. Most by 40 have an established career and family. But to agree, who cares? We have one life and there’s plenty of worry’s to go around, so don’t add keeping up with the Jones to the list.

I don’t think “epic bad”. But right now, I don’t see why I should use their platform when all my stuff is on steam. They should bring either: better experience or better value. Right now they don’t really do either. Sure they give you free games but I have 10x the amount on my platform of choice. I’m not married to steam I just want epic to give me a reason to use them.
