MAGAts certainly prefer Trump over JD Vance or any other republicans because he has some form of charisma and ability to sell his dogshit policies as something good for them.

Meanwhile Vance can’t order donuts without looking like a wet rag.

So I’d reckon that public opinion would worsen even more if Trump were to die.
