We do have a specific sense for where our body parts are relative to eachother and most people can stand or walk perfectly fine with their eyes closed. So what you’re describing as a neccesary secondary superpower is something most people already have. Could be a little clumsy at first but I imagine you’d get the hang of it pretty quickly considering how functional blind people can be.

Mechwarrior Living Legends is a mod for crisis that builds a compltely new game ontop of it and had a thriving multiplayer community for many years (not sure how activity is these days)

Couldn’t you apply that logic to literally all animals including humans? Pain is just a sensation to make us respond to damage, the suffering part is entierly subjective and no one can be sure any of the other humans even are capable of it, we just assume its the case based on personal experience and empathy.

Realistically the americans lost in those wars because the presidents at the time actually wanted some kind of spiritual victory rather than just flattening those countries into dust with sustained carpet bombing of any and all artificial structures (At least not the whole country) I doubt Trump would have any issues or even understanding of the consiquences of going full nuclear. The US likely wouldn’t surive the retaliation but neither would anyone else… except New Zealand because everyone forgets them so hard they even get left off maps.
