It depends on the server you use. Some even don’t allow uploads at all.
Which is what I acknowledged with my last sentence. All I’m saying is that both methods could be worthwhile, and in a perfect world where everyone is educated, everyone ignoring the scammer would be better.
Yep, then of course this doesn’t matter :) go for it!
I mean if everyone “collective action” ignored them together, no one would have to waste even 5 minutes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And theoretically, if there would be the same amount of scammers as decent people, everyone would have to waste all their time with your strategy, but with my strategy none of the decent people would waste time.
But yes I understand it of course, protecting the weak is not a bad thing.
Meh, just go to /r/anime_titties for the main global news source subreddit…
Yeah but that’s what I’m saying, this happens in exactly the same way on Reddit too
So much talk about duplicate communities, which is just so weird to me, seeing as reddit also constantly has duplicate communities despite being centralized :D which one the main one is also sometimes changes based on events/drama
Seems to me just people being resistant to change just because it’s change.
But then you’re also wasting your own time.
I mean this is unironically how it should go. People* don’t change because you tell them some good arguments. They change because they’ll be confronted by the consequences of their actions, and the hurt that comes along with it. It’s unfortunate but it has never been different for our species.
*if you are socialized in a way to see the value in good arguments, admitting of being wrong, then arguments may work. But not by default.
So the window did make them go
I really hope most people got this reference :)
I’m like 80% sure Trump doesn’t want to end democracy. He just wants more attention, power, and to protect himself when he goes out after 4 years. He said what he said here not because democracy will be over, but because he can’t serve another term as president anymore, and he literally doesn’t care what happens after as long as he’s setup well, so “christians don’t have to vote anymore”, since he’ll not be involved anymore.
That said, the people he does favors for or listens to want to end it as much as possible.
Hope you don’t use (almost) any other messaging app either. If a single unsubstantiated article is enough to make you stop using something, you should be using almost nothing anywhere.
