So, if the USA want to minimize the problem, (no, autocorrect, not “use GPT”) they have to lift these and similar countries to western pay standard?
They’re also hotbeds for running phone scams for the same reasons. Lots of people with English skills and desperate poverty willing to do evil things for money.
Cheap labor that Russia can afford.
