I’ve not been able to load the site from a UK IP address since this weekend I think. I can ping it, but browser requests just times out.

O2/giffgaff blocks it. I’m using a VPN to Netherlands since imgur got blocked so they too, can get stuffed.
True. giffgaff blocks it, I’ve a VPN on my phone for the same reason.
