I’ve not been able to load the site from a UK IP address since this weekend I think. I can ping it, but browser requests just times out.

Is that on both your phone data plan and broadband connection? It’s beginning to look like it might be provider dependent.
On my phone it failed instantly! “Secure connection failed” apparently.
