I have a shitty, glowy, 90’s CRT for that exact effect. Terminator 1 and 2, ET, and a bunch of classics also had that “ball lightning” effect that overexcites the phosphors on the screen.
Nah he’s definitely got a point. Plenty of cult classics failed at the box office.
