A pro-MAGA website that urged supporters to fund a database unmasking Charlie Kirk critics took tens of thousands in crypto—then vanished, infuriating donors.
The site, Expose Charlie’s Murderers, launched hours after the assassination of the right-wing influencer, 31, in September. It promised a searchable trove of names and workplaces for “the largest firing operation in history,” according to Drop Site’s review of the now-offline project.
The site listed six crypto wallets and raised more than $30,000 between Sept. 12 and 14 before repeatedly going dark, resurfacing as the “Charlie Kirk Data Foundation,” and disappearing again, Drop Site reported.

I wanna make a site that promises the same shit, then let people donate a bunch collect all their info, then accidentally leak everything, showing who these fascist are that donate to shit like this.
Don’t sell the data. Make a site and grift. Shut down that site, create another grifting site and directly contact people who already gave you money. No need to cold call.
This is why one of the most valuable things scammers have are lists of people who have fallen for their scams. Getting out of the business? Sell it. Need more money? Do another run
I mean you could but I doubt anyone would care enough to have any meaningful impact on these peoples lives. Idk maybe I’m wrong.
Not in this administration, but hopefully the next will lock up the more egregious offenders and this could just be one more nail in their figurative coffin.
Seeing what the democrats have been doing in the past, do you think that’s even realistic to assume they would pursue something like that? I hard doubt they would.
The old school style ones, no. But I’m hoping more and more progressives take up positions within the party, and - along with those older ones dying off - transform it to what it should have been for some time now. To me, the positive attention Mamdani’s been getting across the country shows there’s a good chance for that to happen.
If the data gets around I bet it could hurt their relationships with family and friends. Yeah, no legal consequences, but probably social ones.
And their businesses if they’re business owners.
