The goal of the lawsuit, limited to one county in NY state, is to uncover what irregularities there were in the tallying of votes in that one county in NY, cause if it’s as bad as the lawsuit alleges, then the voting machines themselves were tampered with. But you don’t care about that as long as the cheaters are on your side of the aisle
