    A slate of true populists, a charismatic leader, and populists that fit their districts cooperating and what they agree on like the rich not fucking working people without their consent, would be wildly successful. It would rule for four to six presidential terms.

    Obviously we are not going to get that but I feel like I have to try. Apparently we have to let this dumpster fire burn out, and take the Democratic establishment with it, before we can change anything because people still Trust them to run the opposition.

    The president is popular because he looks like he is fighting. He is the only one that looks like he is fighting. Directing the justifiable anger of the voters albeit to the wrong sources. Which is why the rest of us hate him. Directing that anger to the right sources would be massively popular as FDR was.
