The dairy billionaire Theo Müller is friends with Alice Weidel, the co-leader of the right-wing extremist party Alternative for Germany. She and other fringe figures were invited to his extravagant birthday party.

Most Germans are intimately familiar with his [Müllers] products and advertising slogans, as are people in several other countries around the world, from Australia and China to Israel. His company Müllermilch has also been a sponsor for the German national football team. […]

Fewer may know that in addition to Müllermilch, the products of several other brands belong to his constantly growing empire, including Landliebe, Weihenstephan and Sachsenmilch. Sauces from Homann and the fish in Nordsee products in supermarkets also come from his production facilities.

Müller was already one of the biggest patrons of the NPD, a now-banned Nazi party

    false AND false.

    • Müller probably never supported NPD, at least not monetarily
    • The NPD was never banned, but re-branded to “HEIMAT”

Thanks, I’ve added that. I think it’s still highly likely that Theo Müller is close to right-wing ideology, but this cannot be proven beyond doubt.
