Hey I read this book in high school
Seems pretty familiar. I think we were taught this was the start of something really bad if I remember correctly.
It didn’t end well, IIRC… if at all, frankly.

Didn’t stop the previous gestapo.
Also didn’t work out for em.
It also took quite a while for consequences to appear. It’d really be nice to nip this in the bud now than have to go some 15 years before we can see the light.
While I’d love to agree I must stand firm and assert that if due process takes time; it takes time.
If that’s a problem that needs solving, if needs solving independently of this issue.
