    from the perspective of what’s to be done about it, it’s distinction without difference. if MS is tethered to act in accordance to our fascist dictatorship, and the point of the ICC is to do something about all these fascist dictatorships doing fascism all over the place, then the ICC must divest itself of Microsoft. it won’t be an instantaneous process, but the ICC must immediately begin the process of evaluating and selecting products from outside the united states.
