Bridgend man says he was punched for sticking to 20mph limit

Christopher Lavis suffered a fractured cheek bone, a fractured eye socket and a broken nose when Christopher Shaw punched him for sticking to the speed limit.

I wonder if “twats getting all road ragey” is factored into the speed limit safety calculations at all. Kind of feels like it should be.
